CJC- 1295 / Ipamorelin Combo
The CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin complex is designed to mimic the natural physiological pulsatility of growth hormone.
CJC-1295 acts as a GHRH mimetic, increasing the total number of secreting cells (somatotrophs) and the overall amount of GH they can produce.
Ipamorelin acts as a selective ghrelin receptor agonist, triggering the immediate "pulse" or release of that stored hormone.
By using both, researchers can bypass the inhibitory effect of Somatostatin (the "stop" signal), allowing for a more robust observation of GH-mediated cellular repair and metabolic signaling than either peptide could achieve alone.
Research Synergy & Pathways
Somatotroph Signaling: Investigating the "dual-action" synergy on the pituitary gland for maximized GH output.
Deep Sleep (Slow-Wave) Research: Studying the correlation between GHRH/GHS administration and the quality of circadian rhythm-regulated recovery.
Anabolic Recovery & Repair: Analyzing the rate of protein synthesis and connective tissue (tendon/ligament) strengthening in laboratory models.
Lipolysis & Metabolic Rate: Observing the breakdown of adipose tissue and changes in basal metabolic rate without the cortisol or prolactin spikes often seen in other GHRPs.
