One vial can look identical to another and still perform very differently in research. That is the real reason peptide testing matters. For informed buyers, the question is not whether a supplier says the product is pure. The question is how that claim is verified, how often it is verified, and whether the testing framework is strong enough to catch problems before the product ships.
